If you are unsure if you qualify for this post or live just outside the area please use the contact us page to make sure first and we'll get back to you. Please do not select the Oldham post if you do not live there as your order will be cancelled. Shipping costs are based on size and weight of the selected items, the more you order the better value the shipping. We are confident our prices are very competitive even after post and packaging is applied. All orders are sent within 5 working days of being placed (in most cases within 3) via Tracked Next day delivery with tracking numbers sent to the customers email once the order is sent. If you need your order for a specific date, we can in most cases deliver to a date, but to be sure please click the contact us page and we'll get back to you. Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 working days have passed please email us at winevlt@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Allow extra time around Bank holidays and busy periods. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. If there are any problems or delays with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible to let you know. All orders for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
